1. For each award, the applications listed under that name must be completed and submitted.
2. The applications should be printed and completed and a photo of it should be sent to the KMA President / Awards Committee Chairman on WhatsApp. (President: 9447398117/Chairman:9447430183)
3. If the application is considered within 7 working days of submission of the application, the registration number and details will be communicated.
4. Currently, the following amount has been provided for the administration cost of each award
1. Jadu Vibhushan Rs. 25000/- (Twentyfive Thousand)
2. Jadu Shrestha Rs. 20000/- (Twenty Thousand)
3. Jadu Ratna Rs. 15000/-(Fifteen Thousand)
4. Jadu Sree Rs. 10000/-(Ten Thousand)
5. Once the applicant receives the registration number, the original of the above application should be sent by registered post to the Chairman of the Awards Committee, Mayajal, Nattuvathukal, Vellimon P.O., Kollam 691 511 within 7 working days.
6. The amount of the award that is due should be transferred to the account of Kollam Magician Association, Acount Number : 67259250776, IFSC : SBIN0012858.
7. The referral number or transfer number received while transferring the amount should be written or printed and included in the post.
8. If the above conditions are met, the awardee will be informed about the date, place, time, etc. of the award ceremony.
9. The awardee must arrive on time to receive the award at his own expense.
10. The closing date for applications for the 2025 award will be 5pm on 31 December 2024.
